Our Process
Unloading, Pre-cleaning and Storage
Our automated truck unloading has a capacity of 25 tons per box per hour.
Hulling, Sorting and Sizing
We have a processing capacity of 6 tons per hour of finished product.
Blanched
We have two independent lines for simultaneously blanching whole and cracked peanuts. This line is suitable for roasted peanuts. Capacity: 3.5 tons/hour.
Granulated
Our orbital sizing machine is specifically designed for smaller products. Capacity: 2 tons/hour.
